Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Maryam she is from girgir village, happily married to musa with a two daughters, Musa is a farmer and Maryam sells granut at home. Maryam was brought to ayaji hospital with the following complaints Labour pain (24 hours duration) Headache (1 day) Epigastric pain and blurring of vision (6 hours) Lower abdominal pain associated with back pain (started 1 day prior) Impression/Diagnosis: Severe Pre-eclampsia with Fetal Distress. Upon presentation at our hospital, and after further evaluation, she was diagnosed with severe pre-eclampsia (a life-threatening pregnancy complication characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to another organ system, often the liver and kidneys) combined with fetal distress at term.

Medical history

When Maryam arrived at Ayaji Hospital, the situation was critical. Diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and fetal distress at full term, she needed immediate intervention. The medical team sprang into action, performing an emergency C-section that successfully brought her healthy baby into the world. After three days of recovery, both mother and child are thriving and stable. Maryam shares her heartfelt thanks to Helpster Charity, whose life-saving support made this happy ending possible.

Outcome

Maryam was diagnosed with Severe Pre-eclampsia and Fetal Distress at Term the and Dr. Adamu opinion and prognosis are dominated by the need for urgent intervention. The combination of severe maternal disease and clear signs of fetal compromise mandates delivery, as the underlying cause (the placenta) cannot be treated and the risk to both mother and baby is immediate and serious.
