Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Aisha is a cheerful seventeen year-old teenager from a low-income family. Despite financial challenges, she stays positive and creatively supports her family through art. Aisha was in good health until three weeks ago when she developed a progressively worsening lower abdominal pain that radiated to her back. Despite taking painkillers, the pain persisted. Initially, her parents thought it was related to menstrual cramps. On presentation at our hospital, and after she was diagnosed with a huge ovarian cyst.
Medical history
Aisha Sani, a 17-year-old female, was referred to our facility with Ovarian cyst. After thorough evaluation and investigation, she underwent elective ovarian cystectomy. The surgery was successful without immediate complications. Due to the nature of her sickness, she was admitted for 5 days for close monitoring and treatment. The patient recovered well and was discharged home after 5 days, with follow-up care scheduled for 1 week. Currently,Aisha is doing well, has recovered, and has resumed regular activities. Outcome
Ovarian cyst can wreck a serious health complications if prompt medical treatment isn't commenced and with timely treatment via surgery and medications with antibiotics,pain killers and iron tonics will significantly improve the overall health status of Aisha. She is currently suffering from severe lower abdominal pain due to increasing size of the ovarian cyst which is probability impacting on the pelvic organs. The best treatment that will yield good prognosis for Aisha is the removal of the cyst or ovary affected.
