Mohd,A 7-year-old boy from a low-income home is a bright and joyful child who loves playing with friends. Despite his challenging circumstances, he dreams of becoming an engineer in the future so that he can assist his poor family, community and beyond. The patient presented with a history of oliguria, dysuria, hematuria, and lower back pain for several months. The pain temporarily subsided with painkillers. However, he presented to our facility this morning with persistent severe pain and urinary retention. On presentation at our hospital, and after further evaluation, a diagnosis of indwelling bladder stone was made. He will require surgery to explore the urinary bladder for the removal of the bladder stone.

Ibrahim Moh'd Fema,a 7-year-old boy, presented with a history of Oliguria ,dysuria, hematuria accompanied by lower abdominal pain for several months. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed with indwelling bladder stone.He underwent successful Cystolithotomy surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care.He recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, he is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. We appreciate the timely intervention by Helpster and the UMD Medical team.

For Mohd,The prognosis for his condition is generally good since he doesn't have associated morbidity especially if surgery is done without delay and cover him with antibiotics,fluid and painkiller.As currently,he is suffering from severe pain and restlessness due to bladder outlet obstruction. Larger bladder stones may require procedures like lithotripsy, which uses sound waves to break them into smaller pieces, or surgical removal. To prevent recurrence, recommendations often include dietary adjustments, increased fluid intake, and managing underlying conditions. Patient is recommended for Cystolithotomy
