Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Majeda Akter is a caring mother of two who holds her struggling family together while her husband, Shukur Ali, survives on irregular farm and labor work that barely meets their daily needs. In this pregnancy, her baby is in a breech position, and she is suffering from gestational diabetes requiring insulin, making her condition extremely high risk and far more complicated than her previous caesarean deliveries at a government hospital. Due to the insulin-dependent GDM and the risk of serious surgical and infection-related complications, safe treatment is no longer possible through routine government services, and the family cannot afford private care. Without timely and specialized caesarean delivery, Majeda faces life-threatening risks such as uncontrolled bleeding, infection, or loss of the baby. After learning about Helpster Charity through Dr. Eva, Majeda was referred to Al-Manar Hospital, where she now has a chance for safe delivery and survival for both herself and her unborn child.
Medical history
After Mazedah Akhtar was admitted and the doctors confirmed fetal distress, the medical team immediately prepared for an emergency intervention to save the baby. The newborn was delivered safely but required special care due to the stress experienced in the womb. With close monitoring, oxygen support, and gentle medical treatment, the baby slowly began to stabilize. Each small improvement—stronger breathing, steady heartbeat, and gentle movements—brought immense relief to the worried family. Over time, the baby grew stronger, and the doctors expressed hope that with continued care and follow-up visits, the child would recover fully and begin life with a healthy, promising start.
Outcome
Doctors have advised that LUCS (Lower Uterine Caesarean Section) is the safest and only appropriate treatment option for Majeda Akter, to be performed under strict aseptic precautions with well-controlled diabetes. With timely surgery and proper infection control, both mother and baby have an excellent chance of survival and a healthy recovery, allowing Majeda to return safely to her family and care for her children. Careful management of her blood sugar will significantly reduce the risk of post-operative infection and complications for both the mother and the newborn. However, if the child is left untreated and delivery is delayed, the breech presentation combined with uncontrolled GDM could lead to fetal distress, birth injury, severe infection, or even loss of life. Prompt intervention is therefore critical to protect the future of both the child and the mother.
