Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A 13 days old baby who was born with an abdominal abnormality where the intestines are protruding through the skin of the abdomen. The baby's case was critical and has been on admission since birth and requires emergency surgery to cover up the intestines and return the protruded bowels back into the abdominal cavity and close up the skin.
Medical history
Mohammed was accepted to the hospital with congenital defects, malrotation, and protruding of the intestines through the anterior abdominal wall defect. The child had surgery: the organ parts were put back into the abdomen, which was then covered with a mesh and multiple blood transfusions. The surgery later got complicated and the child died.
Outcome
If left untreated the the child is going to die because the Bowel is exposed. The surgery to be done is EXPLORATORY LAPAROTOMY
