Most Shathi Khatun is a 30-year-old housewife living with her husband Md. Rabiul Awal, a rickshaw puller, and their two young daughters, surviving on a monthly family income of approximately 9,000 taka. Due to this limited income, the family struggles to cover basic needs and is unable to afford the cost of surgical treatment. Shathi is a patient and caring mother who hopes for the safe birth of her child and manages her household responsibilities with dedication. At 38 weeks of pregnancy, with a history of one previous Caesarean section, she developed per-vaginal watery discharge and abdominal tenderness, and an ultrasound confirmed oligohydramnios, placing her pregnancy at high risk. Most Shathi Khatun was admitted to the hospital on November 15, 2025, with a diagnosis of sever oligohydramnios. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Both mother and newborn were discharged on November 19, 2025, in good health.
