Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Ann is a happy girl who loves to sing while fetching water from a stream with her small jerrycan. Singing is her favorite hobby, and she is known for being a hardworking child. Ann dreams of becoming a teacher one day. Recently, she had to go to the hospital because she had a skin rash all over her body, a cough, and a blocked nose.

Medical history

Ann presented to the hospital with a cough and a generalized skin rash all over her body. She also had a nasal blockage. She was put on medication for septicaemia and atopic dermatitis. She made a great improvement, and was discharged home.

Outcome

To ease atopical dermatitis, Ann will need to use creams with topical steroids. For treating sepsis, the doctors prescribed antibiotics.
