Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Kolpona Rani, a 30-year-old first-time mother, lives with her husband Santosh, a low-income day laborer, and her mother-in-law, all surviving on an unstable daily wage that barely covers food and household needs. Despite her cheerful nature and love for caring for her family, their financial hardship makes it impossible for them to afford the urgently needed caesarean delivery for her breech-positioned baby. The family became increasingly anxious after doctors explained that without timely surgery, both Kolpona and the baby could face life-threatening complications during childbirth. Hearing that a neighbor had safely delivered through Helpster’s support brought them hope, leading them to seek the same assistance. With no other means, they now depend on this support to ensure the safe arrival of their first child.
Medical history
The patient,Kolpona Rani was admitted to City Clinic on 09th December 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy 3 kg male baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 13th December 2025 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.
Outcome
If Kolpona Rani proceeds with a LUCS (Lower Uterine Caesarean Section), the doctor expects a safe delivery outcome for both mother and baby, as this is the recommended option for persistent breech presentation. A planned LUCS reduces the risks associated with breech vaginal delivery, such as birth trauma, prolonged labor, or complications to the baby. With timely surgery, both mother and child are expected to recover well and lead healthy lives. However, if the breech position is left untreated and labor begins naturally, there is a significantly higher risk of fetal distress, injury, or emergency complications. Therefore, LUCS offers the safest and most predictable outcome for this pregnancy.
