Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jayden is the firstborn in his family and is described as a cheerful, lively child who lights up with a broad smile when happy. According to his mother, he had been in good health until a few days ago when he suddenly became lethargic and developed a high fever. Lacking funds for a hospital visit, she initially sought help from a neighbor who gave Jayden some painkillers, which only provided temporary relief. Over time, his condition worsened, with the onset of difficulty in breathing, chills, and persistent fever. This particular moring, noticing the severity of his illness, his mother brought him to the hospital, where he appeared weak and febrile. Upon prompt medical evaluation, Jayden was diagnosed with malaria and pneumonia. Jayden's mother requested for assistance, and said that she had come to this hospital because it is a mission hospital and she hoped that she will be able to the assistance she required. She was informed about Helspter Charity and a poverty scoring rate was done. He is currently receiving treatment,
Medical history
Jayden was attended to at the hospital and a diagnosis of pneumonia and malaria was made.He was commenced on Iv antimalarials anf antibiotics which responded so well on him and was discharged on oral medications.Jayden left the hospital very active and could play and laugh jovially as shown on the after treatment media.
Outcome
Jayden’s prognosis after being diagnosed with severe malaria and severe pneumonia is hopeful. With prompt and appropriate medical treatment - including antimalarial therapy, antibiotics, hydration, and supportive care - he is expected to recover. However, close monitoring is essential because both conditions can be life-threatening, especially in a young child, and complications such as respiratory distress or worsening anemia may arise if treatment is delayed or interrupted.
