Sadhana Rani is a gentle and hopeful young housewife from a large poor family that survives on a monthly income of only 10,000 taka earned through irregular farming work by her husband, Hira Kumar Sarker, and other family members. With seven people in the household, including elderly parents Modhusudan Sarker and Nishi Bala Rani and a school-going niece, the family struggles to meet daily needs and cannot afford surgical delivery costs. Despite financial hardship, Sadhana is caring, patient, and deeply wishes to give birth to a healthy baby. Her current condition, with reduced fetal movement and a breech baby at 37 weeks, puts both her and the unborn child at serious risk if timely medical care is not provided. Learning about Helpster’s support from a poster and contacting Bablu Abdullah became their only hope for a safe delivery and to prevent life-threatening complications.

Sadhana Rani was admitted to the hospital on November 27, 2025, with a diagnosis of Breech Presentation. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on December 01, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The doctor explained that Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) is the safest and most effective treatment option for Sadhana Rani due to the breech presentation at full term. With timely LUCS, the baby can be delivered safely, greatly reducing the risk of birth injury, oxygen deprivation, or stillbirth, and allowing the mother to recover well and care for her child. This intervention offers an excellent prognosis for both mother and baby, with the expectation of a healthy outcome and normal future life. However, if left untreated and a vaginal delivery is attempted, the breech position could lead to prolonged labor, severe fetal distress, or even loss of the baby.
