Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Biden is the fifth-born child in a family of five. He lives with his mother and one sibling in a single-room rented house at a small market centre, while his other siblings stay with their grandmother back home. Biden’s mother is a single parent with no support from the child’s father. She struggles to provide not only for her children but also to support Biden’s elderly grandmother. To make ends meet, she earns a living by selling fruits and vegetables at the market. Despite the hardships, Biden is a quiet and cheerful boy who enjoys the company of others, especially his friends. He loves telling stories and dreams of becoming a pilot one day. Biden had been unwell for three days before his mother brought him to the hospital. During this time, his mother had been away, and the relative he was left with took him to a nearby chemist, where he was given paracetamol - the only medication they could afford. When his mother returned, she found that Biden’s condition had worsened significantly. Worried and unsure of what to do, she spoke to a neighbor who had previously received help from Helpster Charity. The neighbor shared their experience and informed her that the organization supports sick and underprivileged children at the hospital. Encouraged by this information and concerned for her son’s health, Biden’s mother decided to bring him to the hospital for proper medical care. He was diagnosed with severe malaria and anemia
Medical history
BIDEN RESPONDED WELL TO THE MANAGEMENT AND CARE HE WAS GIVEN AS PER THE MEDICAL REPORT AND HIS CONDITION IMPROVED. BIDEN STABILIZED AND WAS DISCHARGED HOME ON ORALS. A FOLLOW UP AND COTROL VISIT CONDUCTED SHOWED THAT BIDEN IS DOING WELL AND WAS BACK TO HIS NORMAL DAILY LIFE.
Outcome
Following the diagnosis of severe malaria with anaemia, prompt and appropriate treatment was initiated. Although there was a short delay before reaching the hospital, the condition was identified in time, and Biden will hopefully respond positively to the medical management provided. With the antimalarial therapy and supportive treatment for anaemia, his clinical condition is expected to improve steadily. With close monitoring, completion of the prescribed treatment, and adequate nutrition and follow-up care, the prognosis is great.
