Mst Aklima Khatun is an 18-year-old housewife living with her husband Md. Abdur Rahman, a rickshaw puller, and other family members in a six-person household with a total monthly income of approximately 9,000 taka. Due to this limited income and multiple dependents, the family is unable to afford the cost of emergency medical treatment. Aklima is a patient and hopeful first-time mother who wishes to deliver a healthy baby and manages her household responsibilities with care. At 39 weeks of pregnancy, she developed prolonged per-vaginal watery discharge and abdominal pain, and clinical assessment and ultrasound confirmed severe oligohydramnios with high blood pressure, placing both mother and fetus at critical risk. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Bablu Abdullah, and timely support is essential to prevent life-threatening complications for both mother and child.

Mst Aklima Khatun was admitted to the hospital on November 29, 2025, with a diagnosis of Severe Oligohydramnois and pre- eclampsia. On the same day, she had a successful cesarean section and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Both mother and newborn were discharged on December 03, 2025, in good health. Her husband came to the hospital to receive her and their child. The family expressed their gratitude to Helpster, Jamuna Clinic and Md Abdullah Miah for their treatment and support. The doctor recommends an urgent cesarean section for Mst Aklima Khatun to prevent life-threatening complications for both her and her baby. With severe oligohydramnios and pre-eclampsia could result in fetal distress, stillbirth, or serious maternal complications such as uterine rupture or placental issues. A timely C-section offers the best chance of delivering a healthy baby and protecting the mother’s life. If the procedure is performed promptly mother and child are expected to recover well, with significantly reduced risks of morbidity or mortality. Without this intervention, both mother and baby face a critical situation that could have irreversible consequences.
