Most. Ramisha is a quiet, creative young mother who spends her time caring for her family and making small paper showpieces, while dreaming of one day living in a safe and healthy home. Her husband, Md. Shahbaj, earns only 6,000 taka a month as a phone mechanic, which must support six family members in a camp house, including two elderly parents and a school-going brother. After a previous caesarean delivery, the family has no savings left, making medical costs impossible to manage. Now, at 35 weeks, doctors found dangerously low amniotic fluid and reduced fetal movement, requiring an urgent caesarean section. Without this treatment, the unborn baby’s life is at serious risk, and the family fears another loss they are financially and emotionally unprepared to face.

Most. Ramisha came to the hospital at 35 weeks of pregnancy with oligohydramnios and was admitted on 27.11.2025. Her LUCS operation was performed on the same day, and the procedure was successful, ensuring the safe delivery of her baby. Following the surgery, she received proper medical management, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care, which helped her recover smoothly. Both mother and baby remained in stable and secure condition throughout their stay. After confirming her improved health and recovery, she was discharged on 30.11.2025 in a safe and well condition.

The recommended treatment for her is LUCS under SAB, which is the safest option to deliver the baby immediately and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, the baby is expected to recover well and lead a healthy life. However, if the delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may suffer from oxygen deprivation, which can lead to permanent brain damage or even death, and may also cause obstructed labor and IUFD. The mother may also face life-threatening infections or other serious complications.
