Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Desline makes friends easily and is always happy. The child was brought to the hospital with complains of fever, vomiting and skin rashes.

Medical history

Desline showed positive response to the medication administered. Initially presenting symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, and a generalized skin rash, she began to experience relief as the vomiting ceased first, allowing her to retain her meals. With the medication provided, Desline's health was successfully restored.

Outcome

Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
