Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Sahnaj Begum is a caring and devoted mother who manages her household with love, raising her children Sabbir, Ejaz, and little Tamanna while also caring for her elderly in-laws, Md. Shahjahan and Jahanara Begum. Her husband, Iqbal Hossain, works as a daily wage laborer earning only 8,000 taka per month, which barely meets food and school expenses for their seven-member family, leaving no means to afford emergency medical care. During her late pregnancy, she suddenly developed continuous leakage and reduced movement of her unborn baby, and doctors found the baby to be in serious danger, requiring immediate surgery. Without this urgent treatment, the unborn child could lose its life, and Sahnaj herself could face severe complications. The family learned about Helpster Charity through miking and leaflets, and this support is now their only hope to save the baby and protect a mother who has always put her family first.

Medical history

After experiencing, Spontaneous rupture of membrane & continuous leaking for 01 day & less fetal movement for 01 days, she arrived at our hospital at 7.00 PM in 24 October 2025 and doctors performed an ultrasound that revealed amniotic fluid is very low with fetal distress , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful male baby. Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 28 October 2025.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Outcome

Based on the critical diagnosis, the doctor's prognosis is that an immediate cesarean section is a life-saving intervention for both the mother and baby. with severe oligohydramnios, indicate that the baby and mother are in immediate danger. If left untreated, the lack of amniotic fluid will likely lead to umbilical cord compression, cutting off the baby's oxygen and nutrient supply and potentially resulting in irreversible brain damage or even stillbirth. Therefore, the doctor's recommendation of an immediate C-section is a crucial, time-sensitive measure to ensure a healthy and safe delivery, providing the best possible outcome for the baby's future.
