Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Shirin Akter, a 30-year-old mother living with her husband, young daughter, and elderly mother-in-law, is facing a high-risk second pregnancy while her baby remains in a dangerous breech position. Her husband works as a day laborer with an unstable income, barely enough to feed the family, making it impossible for them to afford the cost of a necessary caesarean delivery. Despite her gentle nature and dedication to caring for her family, Shirin’s previous complicated C-section and current fetal position put her and her unborn baby at serious risk if left untreated. Without timely surgery, both mother and child could face life-threatening complications during childbirth. Hearing about Helpster’s support from volunteer Sadiika has become the family’s only source of hope for a safe delivery.
Medical history
The patient,Shirin Akter admitted to City Clinic on 08th December 2025. A successful cesarean section was performed the same day, and she delivered a healthy 2 kg female baby. Both mother and child progressed well and were discharged on 13th December 2025 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.
Outcome
The doctor has advised a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) as the safest treatment option for Shirin Akter's delivery. With this procedure, both mother and baby are expected to have a stable and healthy outcome, minimizing the risks associated with breech presentation and her previous cesarean history. The surgery will help prevent life-threatening complications such as uterine rupture, fetal distress, or prolonged labor. If the condition is left untreated and a vaginal delivery is attempted, both Shirin and her baby could face severe complications, including the risk of losing the baby or endangering the mother’s life. Timely surgical intervention is therefore critical for a safe and successful delivery.
