Shorifa is a caring and patient mother who dreams of a safe delivery and a healthy future for her children, but she is now 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant with severe oligohydramnios and reduced fetal movement. Doctors have advised an immediate caesarean section, as delaying treatment could result in fetal distress or even loss of the unborn baby, putting the mother at serious risk as well. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a hospital medical staff member and is seeking urgent support to save both mother and child.

Most. Shorifa Khatun was admitted to the hospital on 28.11.2025 at 36 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy with severe oligohydramnios. On the same day, she underwent an emergency LSCS (caesarean section), which was successful, and the baby was delivered safely. Following the surgery, she received proper medical management and attentive nursing care, which helped stabilize her condition and support her recovery. Continuous monitoring, medication, and post-operative care ensured both mother and baby remained in a secure and healthy state. She recovered well and was discharged on 01.12.2025 with advice for follow-up care and rest at home.

The recommended treatment for her is LSCS under SAB, which is the safest option to deliver the baby immediately and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, the baby is expected to recover well and lead a healthy life. However, if the delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may suffer from oxygen deprivation, leading to permanent brain damage or even death, and the mother may also face life-threatening infections or complications.
