Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Khadija Abdullahi is a 7-year-old girl who is described as lively and curious. She enjoys playing with friends, drawing, and reading picture books. She is imaginative and dreams of becoming a teacher or a doctor when she grows up, inspired by helping others and learning new things. Khadija Abdullahi, a 7-year-old girl, developed a sudden high-grade fever with chills, weakness, headache, nausea, and vomiting over the past 2 days. On presentation at the hospital, Khadija was examined and tests confirmed Plasmodium falciparum infection, diagnosing severe malaria. She is currently admitted to the hospital and receiving treatment, and her condition is being closely monitored.
Medical history
Khadija was brought to the hospital weak and very ill after developing severe malaria. She had a high fever, loss of appetite, and was becoming increasingly tired. Doctors explained that severe malaria can quickly lead to serious complications such as anemia and, if untreated, can become life-threatening. Thankfully, Khadija received prompt medical care and appropriate treatment. Over the following days, her fever gradually subsided, her strength returned, and she began eating and playing again. Today, Khadija is recovering well, and her doctors expect her to make a full recovery. Her family is deeply grateful to Helpster Charity for taking full responsibility for her medical expenses, making it possible for her to receive the lifesaving treatment she needed.
Outcome
Khadija is suffering from severe malaria which can result to anemia, and possibly death. The doctor’s prognosis is that with prompt treatment, the child is likely to recover fully from severe malaria; if left untreated, the condition could worsen rapidly and become life-threatening.
