Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Outcome

Adam is currently suffering from a severe malaria as a 1-year old child, this threatens the overall health. The prognosis of severe malaria depends largely on early diagnosis and prompt, appropriate treatment. With timely administration of intravenous artesunate and adequate supportive care, most patients recover fully. Delayed presentation, high parasite density, severe anemia, hypoglycemia, cerebral malaria, renal failure, or shock are associated with poorer outcomes. Children, pregnant women, and non-immune individuals are at higher risk of mortality and complications. Survivors generally have good recovery, although some—especially those with cerebral malaria—may experience residual neurological or cognitive deficits. Overall, prognosis is good with early intervention but can be fatal if treatment is delayed.
