Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Razia Begum is a caring 37-year-old mother who looks after her family with love and hopes to safely welcome her third child into the world. Her husband, Shahidul Sikder, earns only 8,000 BDT per month as a daily wage laborer, struggling to support five family members, including their children Rajiban and Khadija and elderly mother Nurnahar Begum, making it impossible to afford emergency medical care. When Razia developed prolonged labor pain, doctors found serious complications including low amniotic fluid, breech presentation, and umbilical cord compression, requiring immediate caesarean section to save both lives. Without urgent surgery, the baby may suffer from lack of oxygen, and both mother and child could face life-threatening complications. After learning about Helpster Charity through miking and volunteer Abdur Rahman, the family is now seeking support in this critical moment to ensure a safe delivery and protect both lives.
Medical history
After experiencing, labor pain for 12hours over 39+weeks of her pregnancy , she arrived at our hospital at 1.00PM in 05 December 2025, where doctors performed an ultrasound and clinical examination that revealed severe oligohydro amnions with breech presentation with umbilical cord compression , making vaginal delivery impossible. An emergency cesarean section was promptly arranged, and the procedure was successful, resulting in the birth of a beautiful Female baby . Both the mother and the baby are safe and sound, with no complications arising from the surgery. We discharged the patient at 10.30AM in 08th December 2025.The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Heroes and the hospital for their timely and effective care.
Outcome
Based on the critical diagnosis, the doctor's prognosis is that an immediate cesarean section is a life-saving intervention for both the mother and baby. The patient is severe oligohydramnios with breech presentation with umbilical cord compression, indicate that the baby and mother are in immediate danger. If left untreated, the lack of amniotic fluid (AFI=05.60 cm)with umbilical cord compression, cutting off the baby's oxygen and nutrient supply and potentially resulting in irreversible brain damage or even stillbirth. Therefore, the doctor's recommendation of an immediate C-section is a crucial, time-sensitive measure to ensure a healthy and safe delivery, providing the best possible outcome for the baby's future.
