Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Purity is the second-born child in a family of four siblings. She is a school-going child who aspires to become a teacher in the future. Her father, the sole breadwinner, works as a watchman/night guard at a nearby primary school. Her mother stays at home and occasionally earns a small income by helping neighbors fetch water from a nearby well, receiving a few coins to help support the family.
