Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Aisha Muhammad is a 12-year-old girl with a gentle and determined character. She enjoys reading, school activities, and spending time with friends and family. Her dreams include staying healthy, continuing her education, and growing up to help others while making her family proud. Aisha Muhammad was previously well before she suddenly developed chest pain, cough, and difficulty in breathing over a 2-day period, accompanied by weakness and excessive sweating. She has no known history of asthma but has had similar breathing episodes in the past. On presentation, she appeared ill, febrile, and breathless with a fast breathing rate and pulse. Clinical evaluation and investigations suggest an acute asthmatic attack, with malaria also considered as a contributing condition. She is currently under medical care and being managed for these conditions.
Medical history
Aisha received prompt hospital treatment for an acute asthma exacerbation and malaria. Her management included oxygen therapy (as indicated), nebulized bronchodilators, corticosteroids, antimalarial medications, intravenous fluids, and other supportive care to relieve her breathing difficulty and treat the underlying infection. She responded well to treatment, with gradual improvement in her breathing, resolution of fever, and restoration of her strength. With continued recovery, Aisha is expected to regain full health and return to her normal daily activities without lasting complications. Thank you, Helpster Charity, for saving Aisha's life and giving her the opportunity for a healthier future.
