Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Saifulla is an 11-year-old boy who lives with his mother and grandfather. Unfortunately, his father left them and married someone else. Saifulla's mother does some tutoring to earn money, and his grandfather sells fruits and vegetables on the street to make a living. Saifulla is in the fifth grade at school, and he enjoys playing football and indoor games with his friends. When he grows up, he dreams of becoming an Arabic teacher.

Medical history

Saifulla suffered from sudden acute pain in the abdominal part. Saifulla undergone appendicectomy. The surgery wend successfully. Siafulla is happy now.

Outcome

If acute appendicitis is not treated promptly, the appendix can burst, releasing bacteria and pus into the abdominal cavity. This can lead to a severe infection called peritonitis, which can be life-threatening. Instead of rupturing, the appendix can form a pocket of infection called an abscess. This can also lead to peritonitis and may require drainage or surgical intervention. The infection from a ruptured appendix can enter the bloodstream, causing septicemia (sepsis). This is a life-threatening condition that can affect multiple organs.
