Hauwa is happily married to Musa they have 2 children Ali and Aisha they leave at Tajuwa village Musa is a farmer while Hauwa sells grants at home. Hauwa was rush to Ayajj hospital with a complaint of right abdominal swelling and severe abdominal pain that had been ongoing for about 1.5 to 2 days.​ She had previously visited another hospital where she was given IV fluids and medication, but her symptoms did not improve. Upon presentation at our hospital, she was diagnosed with a right twisted ovarian cyst and was subsequently admitted to Ayaji Medical and Diagnostic Centre for treatment and evaluation.

A 21-year-old Hauwa underwent a successful surgery for the removal of an ovarian cyst, which was completed without any medical or surgical complications. Following the procedure, she was admitted for close postoperative monitoring and supportive care, where her condition remained stable and progressively improved. She received postoperative medications including intravenous fluids, Ceftriaxone, Metronidazole, Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and hematinics to prevent infection, relieve pain, and support recovery. Her response to treatment was satisfactory, with complete relief of severe abdominal pain and significant improvement in her overall condition. After a brief period of observation on the admission ward, Hauwa recovered well and was safely discharged home in stable condition. She expressed deep gratitude to Helpster Charity for providing free surgical treatment and support during her time of need.

Hauwa Yusuf Isah was presented to Ayaji hospital with a chief complaint of a right abdominal swelling and severe abdominal pain that had been ongoing for 12 hours which she was diagnosed with right twisted ovarian cyst that requires prompt action and If the the condition is not treated quickly, the lack of blood flow can cause the ovarian tissue to die (necrosis), leading to potential complications such as infection, internal bleeding, and irreversible damage to the ovary. This could necessitate the removal of the affected ovary, which might impact future fertility.
