Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rashadul is a cheerful 21-year-old who lives with his father and mother in a slum area and loves playing cricket with his friends when his health allows. His family survives day to day without a permanent home, and their limited income is barely enough for food, making it impossible for them to afford costly surgery. Despite repeated courses of antibiotics over the past year, Rashadul’s condition has worsened, leaving him with chronic tonsillitis, breathing difficulty, and sleep apnea that often frightens his parents at night. If he does not receive an Adeno-Tonsillectomy with septoplasty, his breathing problems may become life-threatening and could permanently affect his ability to work and live a normal life. His parents, who dream of seeing their son healthy and independent one day, are now helplessly seeking support to save him from further suffering.
Medical history
I cannot express enough gratitude to Helpster Charity and Narayanganj Polyclinic for their lifesaving support," said Israt’s doctor. "Israt was caught in a cycle of persistent coughs, sore throats, and difficulty breathing and sometimes sleep apnea due to enlarged Tonsil, adenoid and DNS which led to recurrent infections. Despite several rounds of antibiotic therapy, his condition did not improve, necessitating surgical intervention. The adeno-tonsillectomy with septoplasty was performed under general anesthesia, with strict aseptic precautions to ensure her safety throughout the procedure. Dr. Khorshed alam skillfully removed his swollen tonsils & enlarged adenoid alleviating the obstruction that caused her breathing difficulties and recurrent infections. The surgery was successful, and rafi has made a smooth recovery, now free from those debilitating symptoms and happily returning to his normal life."
Outcome
The doctor explains that an Adeno-Tonsillectomy with septoplasty is expected to significantly improve Rashadul’s breathing, sleep quality, and overall health, allowing him to return to normal daily activities without constant illness. After surgery, the recurrent throat infections, chronic cough, and sleep apnea are likely to resolve, greatly reducing the need for repeated antibiotics and hospital visits. If left untreated, his condition may worsen, leading to severe breathing obstruction, frequent infections, poor sleep, and long-term complications affecting his heart and lungs. Ongoing oxygen deprivation during sleep could also reduce his ability to study, work, and maintain a healthy life. Timely surgical intervention offers him the chance to regain a stable, active, and productive future.
