Tania lives with her mother and two siblings. Her father passed away a year ago, and her mother now works as a casual laborer on other people’s farms to support the family. When her mother is out hustling for work, Tania spends most of her time at home and enjoys playing. Tania began experiencing pain when passing urine, and her mother noticed that she would cry each time she tried to urinate. Tania had also begun running a fever and could vomit after eating. Concerned, she decided to bring Tania to the hospital. She did not have money for that day’s meal, let alone for medication, but she remembered hearing about Helpster Charity during a chief’s baraza (local administration meeting). Knowing that Helpster Charity supported underprivileged families, she brought Tania to the facility for medical attention.

Tania Milicent was diagnosed with Urinary tract infection, she was treated with rehydrating fluids, antibiotics and antipyretics , she was observed for 3 days and discharged home to continue with medicines. Tania Milicent is now feeling better and back to her normal activities. Her mother is happy to say thank you Helpster charity for assisting my daughter

Tania presented with fever, vomiting, and painful urination, which are strongly suggestive of a severe urinary tract infection. With prompt and complete treatment, Tania has a good chance of full recovery.
