Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

The child lives with his grandmother and three siblings. His grandmother earns a living by hawking sesame seeds and roasted groundnuts at the nearby local market. Benson’s parents passed away two years ago from an unknown illness. He attends school and dreams of becoming a teacher one day. One afternoon, while eating lunch with his siblings, hot porridge accidentally spilled on Benson’s right foot, causing a burn. His grandmother was away at the market at the time. When she returned in the evening, she attempted home treatment using traditional remedies. Unfortunately, the burn wound became septic and developed a foul smell. A neighbour who was aware of Helpster Charity advised her to take Benson to the clinic, where he was treated.

Medical history

Michael Benson was diagnosed with septic burn wounds on his right foot.He was treated with antibiotics painkillers and cleaning of the wounds done. Benson is now feeling better the wound is no longer discharging pus. Benson is happy and back to his normal activities. His grand mother is happy too .

Outcome

Doctor’s opinion: Septic burn wounds are serious and require urgent medical treatment. Doctors consider them high-risk because infection can spread quickly and delay healing. Prognosis: Good if treated early with proper wound care and antibiotics Poor or life-threatening if treatment is delayed or infection spreads to the blood Recovery is good since Benson had 2nd degree superficial burns with good general patient’s health, speedy initiation of treatment
