Prince Newton lives with his mother and two siblings. His mother works as a bar attendant in a local bar and is the sole breadwinner for the family. Due to their limited income, the household struggles to meet basic needs. Prince Newton is not yet of school-going age, but he looks forward to joining school in the future. His condition rapidly worsened, leaving him weak, dehydrated, and unable to eat or play. His mother initially tried to manage the illness with over-the-counter medication, but there was no improvement. Instead, his symptoms became more severe, raising concern for his life. Having heard that the hospital supports sick underprivileged children, and being unable to afford medical care, his mother decided to bring Prince Newton to the hospital as a last resort. Upon arrival, a medical assessment was conducted to evaluate both the child’s condition and the family’s financial capacity. It was confirmed that the mother was not in a position to meet the cost of treatment. She was then informed that it is not the hospital itself, but Helpster Charity, that supports the treatment of vulnerable children. Following this, Prince Newton was enrolled for support through Helpster Charity and received urgent medical treatment at the hospital.

Prince Newton presented with bloody diarrhea, vomiting, Hotness of body he was examined tested and found to have amoebic dysentery. He was treated with hydrating fluids to restore fluid balance, antiemetics, and antibiotics he was observed for three days showed improvement and was discharged home .
