Badhon Barman is a gentle and hardworking 13-year-old boy who loves school, storybooks, and playing outdoor games with his friends, and he dreams of growing up to support his family. He comes from an extremely poor household where his father struggles every day just to provide food, making the cost of urgent surgery completely unaffordable. Badhon is suffering from acute appendicitis, and although his pain temporarily subsided with medicines, doctors have clearly warned that he needs an operation as soon as possible. If the surgery is delayed, his appendix could rupture at any time, leading to life-threatening infection and severe complications. With no financial support left, his worried family has reached out to Sadika Rahman and Helpster Charity, hoping to save Badhon’s life and keep his dreams alive.

The patient,Badhon Barmon was admitted to City Clinic on 13th February 2026. A successful operation section was performed the same day.The child progressed well and were discharged on 07th February 2026 with proper postnatal advice. The patient and her family expressed heartfelt gratitude to Helpster, the dedicated volunteers, and City Clinic for their kind support and care throughout the treatment.

The doctor explains that an appendicectomy is a safe and effective procedure that will completely cure Badhon’s condition and allow him to return to his normal life, including school and play, within a short recovery period. After surgery, the pain and risk of repeated attacks will be permanently resolved, and he can continue his education without health-related interruptions. If the appendicitis is left untreated, the appendix may rupture, causing severe infection, abscess formation, or life-threatening sepsis.
