Aisha Alhaji Bukar is an 8-year-old girl from a humble household. She is lively, enjoys drawing and helping her mother with household chores, and likes learning small science experiments at home. Aisha dreams of becoming a paediatrician when she grows up so she can help sick children in her community. She has generally been healthy, with no chronic illnesses or prior surgeries. Aisha Alhaji Bukar, an 8-year-old female, presented with right-sided flank pain for 5 days. The pain was colicky, intermittent, and radiated to the lower abdomen. She also had painful urination, occasional blood in urine, and increased urinary frequency. There was no fever, vomiting, or previous urinary tract problems. She was in her usual state of health prior to this illness. No known drug allergies or previous surgeries. Diagnosis: right kidney stone (nephrolithiasis). Surgical intervention: Planned for nephrolithotomy, pending approval from the Helpster Charity Foundation.

Aisha Alhaji Bukar,an 8-year-old girl, presented with a history of right loin pain,dysuria,lower back pain accompanied by hematuria. After thorough evaluation and investigation, she was diagnosed Kidney stone.She underwent successful surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of her condition, she was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Aisha recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. For Aisha's case, the right kidney stone is causing severe pains, with blood in urine and pain urinating and she requires surgical treatment. Larger stones might require more extensive treatment like using sound waves to break up the stone (lithotripsy), surgery to remove very large stones, or using a scope passed through the bladder to remove smaller stones. Kidney stones can cause excruciating pain as they move through the urinary tract. If left untreated, the stone may continue to pass or become lodged in a position that causes persistent, severe pain.
