Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Outcome

Comfort is suffering from severe malaria associated with prostrations which is a critical presentation requiring urgent treatment. The prognosis for Comfort, a 10-year-old girl with prostration due to severe malaria is guarded but often good with early treatment. If she receives prompt hospital care with intravenous antimalarial medicines and supportive treatment, she will recover fully. Delayed treatment increases the risk of complications, prolonged weakness, or death.
