Twelve-year-old Nusrat Jahan is a bright and hardworking Class 6 student whose sudden high fever and severe body pain left her weak and unable to continue her studies. She lives with her parents, Kamal and Rujina, and her two sisters, Jinnat and little Suraiya, in a modest household where her father earns only 8,000 taka per month as a daily wage worker. This limited income barely covers food and school expenses for five family members, making hospitalization and treatment for typhoid impossible without assistance. Doctors have admitted Nusrat for proper care, as untreated typhoid can lead to serious complications such as intestinal bleeding, severe infection, and even become life-threatening. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Helpster Volunteer Abdur Rahman and is now seeking support to ensure Nusrat recovers and can return to her education and dreams.

Nusrat Jahan is 12 years old child. Suddenly She got fever for many days with generalized bodyache. His mother came to our hospital in 25 january 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Jannat Begum comes round from his illness and becomes heathy. At 05 february 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Nusrat’s typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, her fever will gradually subside, her strength will return, and she will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect her vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
