Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Fatima is a 17year old girl who is an orphan. She is a quiet girl who loves making hats and dreams of becoming a teacher. 2 months ago, she developed oliguria, dysuria, hematuria and low back pain. Pain is relieved with pain medications, but she started experiencing severe pains in her lower abdomen and back. She was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Medical history
Fatima had bladder stones, which needed surgery. She went to the hospital on December 6, 2023, for the operation. The surgery went well, and she was able to leave the hospital on December 10, 2023.
Outcome
Treatment of larger bladder stones may require procedures such as lithotripsy (breaking the stones into smaller pieces using sound waves) or surgical removal. Additionally, measures to prevent the recurrence of bladder stones may include dietary changes, increased fluid intake, and addressing underlying conditions that contribute to stone formation.
