Mohammed Usman is a 5-year-old boy from a displaced family living in an IDP camp, with limited access to healthcare. He presented with a 2-week history of lower abdominal pain, difficulty urinating, intermittent dribbling, urinary frequency, and occasional hematuria, associated with irritability, especially during micturition. On examination, he was alert but uncomfortable, with mild suprapubic tenderness. Ultrasound scan done confirmed a bladder stone measuring about 1.5x1.2cm. He is scheduled for surgical removal (cystolithotomy), pending approval under the Helpster Charity Foundation support program.

MEDICAL REPORT Muhammad Usman,a 5 year-old boy, presented with a history of dysuria, accompanied by lower back pain. After thorough evaluation and investigation, he was diagnosed with Cystolithiasis(bladder stone).He underwent successful Cystolithotomy surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of his condition, he was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care. Sani recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, he is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. Muhammad is suffering from a Large bladder stone causing severe pains and urine obstruction, it can cause complications including recurrent urinary tract infections, urinary obstruction, chronic bladder dysfunction (pain, frequent urination, and incontinence), and even kidney damage from urine back-pressure. If left untreated, they can lead to serious health problems like bladder inflammation, chronic pain, and, in rare cases, a potential association with bladder cancer. Doctor's opinion - Bladder stone can cause serious problems of which he is currently experiencing severe pains, passing blood in urine with so much pains and reduced urine volume. Prognosis Treatment of Muhammad's bladder stone will have a positive outcome once surgery is done early in a patient. His treatment will be done with surgery and medications, he will be admitted for the course of the treatment.
