Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Five-year-old Fuhad Hasan Shifat is an intelligent and cheerful boy who loves playing football and dreams of becoming a doctor. After the death of his father, his 33-year-old mother, Khorsheda Begum Khushi, has been struggling to support Fuhad and his elder brother, Fida Husain Shad, a Class Three student, by working as a housewife and a maid. With no permanent home and a very limited income, it is impossible for the family to manage daily expenses and afford the cost of Fuhad’s surgery. If he does not receive timely treatment, his ongoing throat pain, swelling, difficulty swallowing, and frequent fever may worsen and seriously affect his growth, nutrition, and education. The family learned about Helpster Charity from a former beneficiary and turned to the organization with hope for support during this difficult time.
Prognosis
The doctor has advised an adenotonsillectomy to remove the enlarged tonsils and adenoids and prevent further complications. According to the doctor, this procedure is expected to relieve Fuhad’s throat pain, improve his breathing and swallowing, and stop the recurrent infections and fever. After recovery, he will be able to eat, sleep, and attend school more comfortably, allowing him to grow and develop in a healthy way. However, if the condition is left untreated, the persistent swelling may continue to block his airway, cause repeated severe infections, and lead to serious breathing difficulties that could become life-threatening. Timely surgery offers him the best chance for a healthy and active childhood.
