Seven-year-old Khairul Anam Ruhama is a polite and gentle boy who loves playing with his friends and dreams of becoming a Mufti in the future. His father, Shadekul Islam, works as a day laborer earning only 6,000 taka per month, while his mother, Most Joba, is a housewife, and their small family of three struggles to survive in a rented home with no financial security. With such limited income, it is impossible for them to manage daily expenses and afford the cost of his treatment. For the past year, Ruhama has suffered from right-sided scrotal swelling and pain that makes it difficult for him to sit or walk comfortably, and without proper surgery, the condition may worsen, leading to severe pain, infection, and long-term complications. Khairul Anam Ruhama arrived at the hospital with a right-sided hydrocele and was admitted on 19.08.2026. After careful assessment, his hydrocelectomy operation was successfully performed on the same day by general surgeon Dr. Md. Abdur Rahim and anesthetist Dr. Mizan. Following the successful operation, he received proper medical management, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care, which helped him recover well and remain in a stable and secure condition. His recovery progressed smoothly, and he was discharged from the hospital on 22.08.2026 in stable condition with advice for continued care and follow-up.

The doctor has recommended a hydrocelectomy to remove the accumulated fluid and correct the swelling. According to the doctor, the surgery is a safe and effective procedure that will relieve Ruhama’s pain and discomfort, allowing him to sit, walk, and play normally again. After recovery, he is expected to return to his regular activities without further complications.
