Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Fandami is a 7 year old child who loves to play with his friends. He was brought to the hospital with complaint of a right scrotal swelling, with currently no pains.
Medical history
Fandami underwent surgery for a Right Congenital Hydrocele on December 9, 2023, and was discharged on December 11, 2023. All required medications were provided accordingly. Fandami's mother expresses her gratitude to Helpster Charity for the invaluable medical services her child received free of charge. She wishes blessings upon all those involved.
Outcome
The persistent presence of a hydrocele can cause ongoing discomfort, heaviness, or a feeling of fullness in the scrotum. Although hydroceles are not typically associated with infections, untreated ones may become prone to infections, which can result in pain and complications. Larger hydroceles can interfere with activities like walking or participating in sports due to the added weight and size of the swollen scrotum. Surgical removal of the hydrocele sac is the most effective and permanent treatment for hydrocele. It is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under local or general anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the scrotum, drains the fluid, and removes the sac.
