Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Romana Yasmin is a polite and dedicated 18-year-old madrasa student who dreams of becoming an Alema and regularly helps her mother with household responsibilities. For the past year, she has been suffering from repeated throat pain, fever, difficulty swallowing, and breathing problems during sleep. Her father, Romjan Ali, earns only 6,000 taka per month as a day laborer, which is not enough to manage the expenses of their five-member family, including her younger brother Nurul Amin and elderly grandmother Sajeda Begum, making it impossible to afford the recommended surgery. The family lives in fragile housing conditions and struggles to meet even basic needs. They learned about Helpster Charity through a leaflet and are now seeking financial support for her treatment so she can recover and continue her education.
Prognosis
The doctor has recommended an adenotonsillectomy to remove Romana’s enlarged tonsils and adenoids and prevent further infections. According to the doctor, after the surgery she is expected to experience relief from throat pain, improved breathing during sleep, and fewer episodes of fever, allowing her to regain strength and focus on her studies. The procedure will help improve her overall health, nutrition, and daily functioning. However, if left untreated, the repeated infections and airway blockage may worsen, leading to serious breathing difficulties and other complications. In severe cases, untreated obstruction during sleep can become life-threatening and significantly affect her long-term well-being.
