Salma Mohammed is a 19-year-old young woman from a financially challenged family that depends on assistance for medical care. She enjoys painting and reading about science, and she hopes to become a doctor in the future so she can support women in her community. She presented with a three-month history of lower abdominal discomfort and a progressively enlarging pelvic swelling. Although she had no fever, vomiting, or menstrual irregularities, she experienced mild bloating and intermittent abdominal pain. On examination, a firm, non-tender mass was felt in the right lower abdomen. She was diagnosed with a dermoid cyst (ovarian teratoma) and is currently planned for surgical treatment pending financial support.

MEDICAL REPORT INRESPECT OF SALMA MOHAMMED,FEMALE,19 YEARS OLD SALMA,a 19 year-old Lady, presented with gradually enlarging painless lower abdominal mass over 3 months.She also reported intermittent lower abdominal pain accompanied by bloating,she became very uncomfortable for the past 48 hours.After thorough evaluation and investigation, she was diagnosed with Ovarian Teratoma. She underwent successful surgery without immediate complications. Due to the nature of her condition, she was admitted for 3 days for close monitoring and post-operative care.She recovered well and was discharged home after 3 days, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for 1 week. Currently, she is doing well, has fully recovered, and has resumed his regular activities. We appreciate the timely intervention by Helpster and the UMD Medical team.

The patient has been evaluated for a pelvic mass requiring surgical removal to relieve symptoms and prevent potential complications. She is currently stable and has been appropriately counseled, with plans in place for definitive treatment once arrangements are completed. With successful surgery and adequate post-operative care, recovery is expected and her symptoms should resolve. Prognosis is generally favorable, provided she undergoes timely intervention and maintains regular follow-up.
