Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ten-year-old Most. Sirajum Munira is a charming and brilliant Class Five student who dreams of becoming a pilot, bringing pride and hope to her family despite their fragile living conditions. Her father, Moktar Ali, earns only 6,000 taka per month as a day laborer, while her mother, Fuljan Necha, cares for Munira, her elder sister Shakila Akter, a madrasa student, and her two-year-old brother, Farhan Islam, making it impossible to manage household expenses and urgent medical costs. Now suffering from acute appendicitis, Munira endures severe abdominal pain, fever, nausea, and vomiting, and remains under close observation after doctors advised immediate surgery. Without timely treatment, her appendix could rupture, leading to life-threatening infection and serious complications. After learning about Helpster Charity from a doctor, the family is desperately seeking support to save their beloved daughter’s life and protect her bright future.
Prognosis
The doctor has recommended an urgent appendicectomy to remove the inflamed appendix and prevent further complications. According to the doctor, the surgery is a routine and highly effective procedure, and with timely intervention, Munira is expected to recover fully and return to her normal daily activities within a short period. Early treatment will relieve her severe abdominal pain and prevent the infection from spreading. However, if left untreated, the appendix may rupture, leading to serious abdominal infection, sepsis, and potentially life-threatening complications. Prompt surgery offers her the best chance for a safe recovery and a healthy future.
