Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Jannatul is a 10 y.o curious girl who lives with her parents, her 6 y.o sister and 1.5 y.o brother in a tiny house. The father is the only breadwinner. He works as a carpenter. The mother grows chickens and vegetables. The family struggles financially. For 2 years Jannatul has a sore throat and swelling when she gets a little cold. She can't eat anything. It hurts.
Medical history
Jannatul had some tissue in her throat called tonsils, which got infected a lot and became swollen. This caused problems with eating and could lead to serious diseases like tuberculosis and cancer. So, she had surgery to remove her tonsils. During the surgery, she was asleep and didn't feel anything. The doctors used a special tool to take out the tonsils through her mouth. There was a bit of bleeding, but they stopped it. Now, Jannatul is feeling better and back to her normal life. The hospital staff and her parents are happy that the surgery went well.
Outcome
Tonsillitis should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, the discomfort will remain, and the inflammation may develop and spread onto the other organs. An abscess can form around the tonsils, causing severe pain, difficulty swallowing, and the need for drainage or surgical intervention.
