Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Inioluwa is a cheerful young boy who lives with his father and stepmother after the loss of his mother four years ago. His father works as a commercial driver, while his stepmother supports the family through small-scale trading. Despite life’s challenges, he remains hopeful and enjoys playing football with his friends, dreaming of becoming a famous footballer in the future. He has had a swelling in the right groin and scrotal region for about four years. The swelling was initially small but has gradually increased in size and extended into the scrotum over time, becoming progressively more noticeable. Diagnosis is Inguinal Hernia.

Prognosis

If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
