Zuwaira is a responsible, caring, and resilient woman who is deeply devoted to her family. She takes pride in nurturing her children and strives to build a stable and loving home despite life’s challenges. She remains hopeful about personal growth and a better future for her family. At term with a twin pregnancy, she developed labour pains with rupture of membranes. Labour later became prolonged and obstructed, posing risks to both mother and babies. She subsequently underwent an emergency Caesarean section for safe delivery. She delivered two healthy babies and is currently stable, recovering well under post-operative care.

Zuwaira a 20 year old woman was admitted on 01/02/2026 with prolonged obstructed labour in a twin pregnancy and underwent a successful emergency Caesarean section. The procedure resulted in the safe delivery of two healthy babies a girl and a boy. She received appropriate postoperative care and close medical monitoring throughout her recovery. After five days in the hospital, Zuwaira was discharged on 06/02/2026 in stable condition. Both mother and babies recovered well without complications, and they returned home in good health. The patient required emergency surgical delivery due to complications during labour. The procedure was successful, and she is currently stable with satisfactory post-operative recovery. With continued care and follow-up, full recovery is expected. Her overall outlook is favorable.
