Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Background
Abdul is a 8years old boy, who is friendly, likes watching movies and dreams of the becoming an engineer. He developed intermittent fever, headache, anorexia and needs urgent medical treatment.
Medical history
Abdul, diagnosed with Acute Malaria with Enteric fever, was admitted on November 22, 2023. During his stay, he received treatment including antimalarial drugs, antibiotics, analgesics, and multivitamins. He was discharged on November 24, 2023.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
