Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Emmanuel is a five-year-old boy who lives with his mother. He is social and playful, often bringing joy to those around him. His mother earns a living as a hawker, relying on a small and irregular income that is barely enough to meet their basic needs. She learned about Helpster through a medical camp organized by Barika Medical Centre in Kahawa West, which gave her an opportunity to seek support for her child’s treatment. Since birth, Emmanuel’s mother noticed an abnormality in the structure of his penis. As he grew older, has been experiencing difficulty in passing urine, and an abnormal position of the urethral opening located at the midshaft. After medical evaluation, he was diagnosed with midshaft hypospadias. The doctor recommended surgical correction and reconstruction to restore normal function and improve his quality of life.
Prognosis
Emmanuel has been diagnosed with midshaft hypospadias, presenting with difficulty in urination and painful erections. He is currently stable and has been evaluated for surgical correction and reconstruction. Early surgical intervention is recommended to correct the position of the urethral opening, improve urinary function, and prevent future complications. With timely surgery and appropriate follow-up care, the prognosis is very good. Emmanuel is expected to recover well, with improved function and minimal long-term complications, allowing him to lead a normal and healthy life.
