Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Natalia is a 2 year old active girl who lives together with her mother. She is jovial, likes dancing and singing while playing together with other kids. About a day ago, the mother reports of the child having fevers,vomiting,reduced appetite and cough. She was brought to the facility, tested for malaria and it was positive. Was admitted and treated for severe malaria ad upper respiratory tract infection.
Medical history
Natalia was brought to the hospital presenting symptoms of fever, vomiting, reduced appetite, and cough. Upon arrival, she underwent testing which confirmed malaria and pneumonia. She was subsequently admitted to the facility and treated with anti-malarial medication and antibiotics for pneumonia. Over the course of the next three days, Natalia's condition improved significantly, leading to her discharge. A follow-up visit at home confirmed her continued recovery.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
