Aisha is a calm, brave, and curious young girl. She enjoys simple activities like drawing, playing, and learning. Her dream is to grow up healthy, return to school, and become someone who helps others in the future. The family income is N11,000, they do not have electricity or a working latrine, and they use community borehole. Aisha was previously healthy but suddenly developed burning stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, weakness, and fever. Her symptoms started about two days before coming to the hospital and were associated with tiredness, breathlessness, and sweating. Currently, upon presentation at our facility, she was evaluated and found to be ill and febrile and diagnosed with Peptic Ulcer Disease and Malaria, and is receiving medical care.

Aisha, an 8-year-old girl, was admitted on 28/03/2026 with malaria and peptic ulcer disease. She was treated with antimalarial medications, ulcer medications, intravenous fluids, nutritional support, and other supportive care while her condition was closely monitored. After three days in the hospital, Aisha was discharged on 31/03/2026 in good condition. Her abdominal pain and weakness improved significantly, her appetite returned, and she continued her recovery at home. She is expected to resume her normal daily activities without complications.
