Asa Moni, an 18-year-old pregnant woman, lives with her husband and extended family in a small tin-shaded house where her husband’s income of only 6,000 BDT per month as a day laborer is barely enough to support the entire household, including his elderly parents and unemployed elder brother. Despite poverty and hardship, Asa is a gentle and caring young woman who continues to manage the household with patience while preparing for motherhood. During the final stage of pregnancy, she developed weakness and discomfort, and doctors later found that her baby is in a breech position along with anemia, placing both mother and child at serious risk during delivery. Her husband feels helpless because he cannot afford the necessary medical care and possible emergency delivery while supporting so many dependent family members. The family learned about Helpster Charity through Life Care Hospital staff, as without timely treatment, complications such as obstructed labor, fetal distress, severe bleeding, or even loss of the mother and baby may occur.

Asa Moni was admitted to the hospital on 03/04/2026 at 37 weeks of pregnancy after doctors diagnosed her with breech presentation and anemia, which made a normal delivery risky. Considering the potential complications, doctors performed a planned Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS), and the surgery was successfully completed, resulting in the safe birth of her baby. After the operation, Asa Moni received proper medical care, medications, and nutritional support, and both mother and baby gradually recovered in stable condition. She was discharged from the hospital on 06/04/2026 in good health.
