Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Musfika is a charming, intelligent, and hardworking 12-year-old girl who studies in Class Seven and dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. She lives with her parents and two brothers in fragile living conditions without a permanent home, while her father struggles to support the five-member family with a very limited income as a day laborer. For nearly one year, Musfika has been suffering from painful swelling in the left side of her groin, which has gradually made walking, sitting, and daily activities very difficult and uncomfortable for her. Doctors at New Evercare Hospital later diagnosed her with a left-sided inguinal hernia after clinical evaluation and ultrasound examination, advising proper treatment to prevent dangerous complications. Without timely surgery and medical care, the hernia could become trapped or blocked, causing severe pain and potentially life-threatening complications, but the family found hope after learning about Helpster Charity through a health worker.
Medical history
Most. Mushfika arrived at the hospital with a left-sided inguinal hernia and was admitted on 21.08.2026. After careful assessment, her herniotomy operation was successfully performed on the same day by general surgeon Dr. Md. Abdur Rahim and anesthetist Dr. Mizan. Following the successful operation, she received proper medical management, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care, which helped her recover well and remain in a stable and secure condition. Her recovery progressed smoothly without any major complications, and she was discharged from the hospital on 24.08.2026 in stable condition with advice for continued care and follow-up.
Outcome
According to the doctors, Most. Musfika requires a herniotomy to repair the left-sided inguinal hernia and prevent further complications. With proper surgery and medical care, the swelling, pain, and discomfort are expected to improve gradually, allowing her to walk, sit, study, and continue her daily activities comfortably again. Doctors believe that timely treatment will help her return to a healthier and more active life without ongoing pain or difficulty. However, if the condition is left untreated, the hernia may become trapped or blocked, cutting off blood supply to the affected area and causing severe pain, infection, intestinal damage, and other life-threatening complications
