Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Pheny likes performing arts, more so theater and music. She likes to dance too. She is working hard in school and would like to be a medical doctor when she grows up. Four days ago she developed lower abdominal pain worse at the suprapubic region, noticed a change in color of her urine and also had a headache.
Medical history
Pheny had been experiencing headaches, abdominal pain, and discolored urine for four days before seeking medical attention at the hospital. Following a physical examination and laboratory tests, she was diagnosed with both urinary tract infection and malaria. Pheny was admitted to the hospital and received the necessary medication for three days. Remarkably, by the second day of treatment, she was already showing signs of improvement. She responded positively to the prescribed medications. Expressing her gratitude, Beatrice, Pheny's mother, is thankful to Helpster for facilitating the treatment.
Outcome
The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
